I first saw Alex in February 2023 in the Colorectal Clinic. I was extremely worried having been referred for a colonoscopy. He could see this in my face and he immediately put me and my partner at ease by talking everything through. I had the procedure last week and although Alex did no perform mine, he saw me and came and spoke to me to explain I was in the best hands and that all was going to be ok. Alex has been there to answer any questions I have. He js great as it is often difficult to get through to certain departments with a query. He always answer and is professional and truthful. He has a genuine compassion to do his job and help people.
