Really kind and caring approach whilst also outlining every step of the procedure and always checking in with me if I had any questions etc. Also, very professional and reassuring with a great sense of hummer (joking promised me Champagne and cake as the procedure took place on my birthday!) which helped me to relax and feel at ease. I would highly recommend Alex to any patients that are referred to him. Luckily, my procedure found no concerning symptoms and I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Alex and his team for the care they provided. Keep up the great work, the NHS is lucky to have such competent, highly skilled professionals as yourself!!!!!
