I had been really nervous about my colonoscopy, but throughout the entire process from my initial consultation through to the actual procedure, Dr. Alex made me feel safe, relaxed and well informed. Dr. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, calming, reassuring, professional and had a great sense of humour. He could sense I was anxious and continually reassured me and answered any questions I had. Dr. Alex kept me fully updated during the procedure, as well as kindly going out of his way to update my family who were in the waiting room. I feel incredibly grateful and thankful to have had Dr. Alex conduct my colonoscopy. I would highly recommend!
