What can I say about Mr Alex Hotouras!! He saved my life in May 2022 creating an ileostomy for me due to Crohns complications. In 2024 I decided it was time for a reversal and found Dr Alex in Whipps Cross as the Whittington was where my original surgery was. I would not trust anyone else to do my reversal so he accepted the request to perform my surgery. You will not find a more down to earth, relatable & talented surgeon whos sense of humour also helps patients who are going through a hard time. At all times he kept my partner informed and I am pleased to say that yet again my surgery has been a complete success. Even when off duty he is kept informed by the duty doctors and lets you know how things are progressing.
