I had an appointment for colorectal today at 09:30 at Whipsscross hospital, they were experiencing some issues with computers and couldn’t log in to attend patients booked. Alex was constantly running up and down to inform all patients about the issues, was very honest and apologetic. I spoke to him directly and explain I would wait rather than reschedule as I had been waiting 7/8 months for the appointment. He made sure he would see me. Great example of someone who cares about people and understand how to deal with difficult situations out of his control!
