When I first spoke to Natasha in clinic I'd been referred because of a high calcium level which had been picked up as a result of a blood test. I had put my symptoms down to getting a bit older and putting on some weight (tiredness in muscles, forgetting things, being a bit grumpy). Following my operation, within days I was feeling better, more positive and with much more energy, walking instead of taking he car. I was a little worried about the operation, I'd never had an operation, but I was up and walking about within 2-3 hours, back home the following day and I went on holiday in the UK the following week. I had a sore throat after the operation for 1-2 days, a croaky voice for 4-5 days and I have a very faint, thin scar now 8 weeks later. All of this, I had discussed with Natasha beforehand and was expecting. If a friend were wondering whether to go ahead with the operation, because there are risks that Natasha explained, I would recommend they go ahead.

Since first attending Dr Choudhury's surgery at Redhill hospital, I have received exceptional treatment. On the 13th of September 2018 I had an operation on my parathyroid. At all times Dr. Choudhury has treated me with respect and courtesy, explaining everything I needed to know about my medical problem, I never felt rushed, and she answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. My operation went exceptionally well, and apart from feeling unbelievingly well after my operation, I hardly know I have had an operation. On the second day I felt exceptionally good considering I had just had throat surgery the day before. I left hospital the next day and couldn't believe how well I felt. Dr. Choudhury, I feel, is a first class surgeon, she did a first class operation for me, I would have no hesitation in recommending her. Today the 19th of October 2018 I had a follow up appointment to check my progress, Dr. Choudhury was very pleased with the positive result, and I felt very reassured all had gone very well. I just want to say a big thank you to Dr. Choudhury and all her team for the professional treatment and care I have received. Josephine Gudge

Just fantastic!!! My son had grommets fitted and it needed to be done with urgency as he had just started school. We had the consultation and two hearing test done on the same day and had the results straight away. The operation was performed 2 weeks later which was amazing. The care was incredible and my husband and I felt extremely comfortable leaving our son in Dr. Choudhurys capable hands. The operation went very well, all the after care and what to expect was explained very clearly. Fantastic service from the beginning ☺️
