I recently had a total thyroidectomy and couldn’t have received better care from Miss Choudhury. I had a very bad experience following a previous parathyroidectomy; my calcium dropped post surgery without being noticed by healthcare professionals leading to a seizure. I was extremely scared and apprehensive of further surgery to say the very least. Miss Choudhury provided me with such reassurance and took every measure possible to ensure history didn’t repeat itself. She instructed intravenous calcium to be given as soon as my bloods dropped and ensured a close eye was kept on me throughout my stay in hospital and after. She has absolutely restored my faith and trust and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone in a similar situation.
