Miss Highton was professional, friendly and reassuring from the first consultation for my breast reduction surgery, explaining everything clearly which enabled me to proceed with my decision. Miss Highton was realistic when discussing the end result and my expectations which I am absolutely thrilled with, everything is perfect and I would not change a thing. The care that she gave was of the highest standard, including post op follow-up. I would highly recommend Miss Highton to anybody wanting life changing results, I can not thank her enough for taking me on as her patient.

I'm so glad I found Lyndsey after researching surgeons for quite a while. I knew I wanted someone who specialised in Breast and Plastic surgery. Lyndsey is a very credible surgeon, a member of BAAPS and with glowing reports I knew I was In safe hands before I even met her. She is a lovely person, easy to talk to and very professional. I discussed my wishes with ease, she listened and i never felt rushed. On the day of surgery wasnt at all nervous and had complete faith in her. Also to mention her anaesthetist Dr Sharma who was fabulous too, so calm and reassuring. I felt i was lying on a beach as she put me off to sleep. Lyndsey completely knew what I wanted delivered on every level and i have exactly what i hoped for. Lyndsey is wonderfully responsive in answering any concerns post op which was very reassuring. I was given instructions and advice on discharge which I followed completely. Ive had no complications and have healed really well. In my opinion she is the best in her field, her skill and expertise are second to none. I feel very lucky to have had Lyndsey as my surgeon.

I could not recommend Miss Highton enough. From my very first consultation to discharge she has been an incredible consultant. After a mix up with a telephone consultation she ensured it was corrected immediately and I was rebooked with no detriment to my surgery date. Also being able to communicate with her via Instagram with any worries and concerns I had during recovery was an added bonus! Highly professional and superb at creating amazing breasts!!!
