When I finally decided to go ahead and have breast surgery after many years of deliberating I wanted to be sure I had complete confidence in my surgeon and someone I would feel comfortable with. Upon searching for a surgeon I found Miss Highton, looked at examples of previous surgeries on her website and made contact. Right from my first consultation I felt at ease from the way in which Lyndsey spoke to me, her obvious expert knowledge and answering every question I had in depth and importantly communicating in a way that could be understood by non-medical people! Surgery went well with no complications and I was well looked after by the team in the hospital before and following surgery. I was given plenty of aftercare information and I felt well prepared in what to expect during recovery. I was told that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact Miss Highton’s office, which I did and any questions were responded to the same day. Ann-Marie always contacted me proactively to book any appointments, I never once needed to chase. Six weeks later, I am back to normal activities with all pain stopping around the 3 week mark. I could not recommend Miss Highton enough. She is professional and personable and made the whole process from start to finish straight forward and not at all daunting. I never thought I would ever say that I liked my boobs and now I can confidently say I love them! Thank-you for everything.

Miss Highton was highly recommended to me after I lost over 5 stone and had excess skin to my waist and a flat chest. I had worked so hard to get to the weight I wanted but did not like what I saw in the mirror. Miss Highton was friendly,professional and down to earth from the start which made me feel comfortable. The before and after pictures I had seen of previous clients reassured me and cemented my faith in Miss Heightons skilful work. The process was made simple. The Euxton hospital and staff were lovely and friendly even in stressful times as covid was new to the UK and on the increase at the time of my surgery,despite this I felt safe and well cared for. I am so pleased with the results of my surgery. I now have a body I never imagined in a million years could ever belong to me. I look in the mirror and love what I see, I've never felt that way before. I feel so confident these days. I never imagined the results could have been so good especially to my stomach. I would 100% without hesitation recommend a consultation with Miss Highton if you are thinking about cosmetic surgery. It's been completely life changing I now have the body of my dreams thanks to this amazing lady.

I had the best experience with Lyndsey. She is extremely kind, empathetic and VERY talented. I was nervous about the outcome of my procedure and it literally exceeded my expectations. Really happy I went with Lyndsey for my surgery. I wanted to go with a woman surgeon as I feel they have more of an understanding of how you (A woman) want to look and what you want your desired outcome to be. I could not have felt more cared for and understood by Miss Highton and her team. Miss Highton walked through my BRCA1 health journey with me and supported me in every way possible. The results from my double mastectomy and reconstruction were better than I could have ever hoped for. I actually think I look better post-surgery than I did before! I couldn’t recommend Dr Highton strongly enough!
