I had thought about having a breast augmentation for many years but never felt I found the right surgeon. After my first Zoom meeting with Miss Highton, I immediately felt confident that I was making the right decision. Throughout the whole process Miss Highton made sure that any questions or concerns I had were dealt with before the surgery. I never once felt rushed to make a decision on the surgery, which I often felt after making enquiries with other surgeons. Her aftercare is next level. She made sure that she was always available to answer any concerns that I had during the healing process and reassure me that things the healing correctly. Overall, this is the best decision that I have made for myself. They look incredible and my confidence is so much better now. I really cant recommend Miss Highton enough. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

I had a breast reduction the week before Christmas (2020), I had struggled with large breast from being a young teenager and the operation is something I have wanted for a very long time and finding the right surgeon can be so difficult but I knew when I found Lyndsey she was the surgeon for me! Words can not express how grateful I am to Lyndsey! Lyndsey has been amazing from the start to even now 8 weeks post op! Lynsey has always made it known that I am able to contact her directly with any questions or queries which is so reassuring especially during a pandemic! I am now finally happy with my breast, over the moon with them! It was the best decision I have ever made and I will forever be grateful to Lyndsey for making this journey as easy as possible and making me a happier person.

I wanted to take the time to review the skills and aftercare of my surgeon Miss Lyndsey Highton.  From start to finish her professionalism and interpersonal care has been exemplary.  Her expertise and skill as a surgeon is outstanding,; whilst her compassionate, caring and humanistic nature throughout the whole process, from initial consultation through to final discharge has made my surgery and recovery far less stressful than anticipated.  Through engagement with the other staff members in her team, I have realised that this level of support is the norm for Miss Highton and as such I cannot recommend her highly enough. I could not be happier with the care I have received and the results. Thank you. Breast augmentation is something I have always considered as it was a struggle to get clothes to fit but I was never truly unhappy with my appearance so I didn't know if surgery would be right for me. I felt in order to understand if surgery may be the right thing for me I needed to have a consultation with someone who could understand my needs. Seeing the reviews on here I felt Lyndsey would be able to offer the patient led consultation I needed to inform my decision, and this was indeed the case. I followed Lyndsey's advice regarding trying different sizes at home. This really helped inform my decision but also on the day of surgery I had a little wobble, there was no pressure to proceed and this gave me time to rationalise that I was indeed 100% happy with the size I choose. I was cared for by the best surgeon, I am over the moon with the results, it is the best decision I have ever made and it was completely the right decision for me. This may sound silly to anyone else as I did not want to look different, I just wanted my clothes to fit better. I got all that and more as I now feel more confident and I am happier with my appearance but essentially I still look like me. I can not thank or recommend enough. Thank you

I opted to have a re-augmentation with Lyndsey in December 20. Whist there was nothing hugely wrong with my breasts, they were not my desired "look". I also had the slight anxiety that they were Allergan implants which had been recently discontinued. Prior to meeting Lyndsey, I had attended various consultations and researched different surgeons for a year but had never felt completely confident afterwards. My first consultation with Lyndsey left me with no doubt that I wanted her to be my surgeon. She listened to what I wanted and spent time discussing the reasons as to why I was looking to have the op. Lyndsey also wanted to ensure I was certain in my decision to have the procedure. From the first meeting with Lyndsey right through to the 6 week post op review I felt completely cared for and in safe hands. I truly cannot put into words how happy I am with my results. I would not hesitate in recommending Lyndsey to anyone looking to undergo breast surgery in the future.
