When I finally decided to go ahead and have breast surgery after many years of deliberating I wanted to be sure I had complete confidence in my surgeon and someone I would feel comfortable with. Upon searching for a surgeon I found Miss Highton, looked at examples of previous surgeries on her website and made contact. Right from my first consultation I felt at ease from the way in which Lyndsey spoke to me, her obvious expert knowledge and answering every question I had in depth and importantly communicating in a way that could be understood by non-medical people! Surgery went well with no complications and I was well looked after by the team in the hospital before and following surgery. I was given plenty of aftercare information and I felt well prepared in what to expect during recovery. I was told that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact Miss Highton’s office, which I did and any questions were responded to the same day. Ann-Marie always contacted me proactively to book any appointments, I never once needed to chase. Six weeks later, I am back to normal activities with all pain stopping around the 3 week mark. I could not recommend Miss Highton enough. She is professional and personable and made the whole process from start to finish straight forward and not at all daunting. I never thought I would ever say that I liked my boobs and now I can confidently say I love them! Thank-you for everything.
