We have been lucky enough to have Urmila by our side throughout our son's cancer journey. She was with us on the day he arrived, on a ventilator and in a very precarious place. Her diagnosis of Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma was almost instant and our son was started on a chemo plan that very day, she talked us through everything. Our son has had many complications and ups and downs throughout the past nine months and Urmila has always been there, not only supporting him and us with her medical genius, but also on a human side, with explanations, support, and the most amazing care. I can't thank her and her team enough for getting our son to where he is now and for the support she has and continues to give us. Urmila is truly one in a million and someone you absolutely want to be leading your child's treatment plan and care. Thank you so much. The Roots Family
