The procedure was horrible but Dr Naqvi just got on with his job.I had my eyes shut and only, knew that he was standing beside me. All the staff were friendly and the nurse in the room was very patient with me.
Thank you for posting this feedback. Best wishes.

Thank you for the feedback
I saw Dr Naqvi at Ravenswood Endoscopy clinic for a gastroscopy. Although the procedure wasn’t particularly pleasant, Dr Naqvi was very nice and understanding and explained everything fully.
Thank you for your feedback :)
I was terrified when I had my endoscopy scheduled at Braintree Hospital, but Dr Naqvi and his team were brilliant. They put me completely at ease by explaining every step of the procedure and keeping me calm when I was worried it would be uncomfortable. Afterwards, they made sure I was feeling 100% well before leaving me and chatted to me right until the end. I cannot recommend them enough. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful service in this country for free!
Thank you so much for the kind feedback. Its really appreciated.
I was seen by Dr Naqvi at Braintree Community Hospital on Saturday for an Gastroscopy. He explained the procedure fully. All of his findings were also explained and details on the tv monitor. The nurses were great providing reassurance. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Naqvi.
