Very surprised to see positive reviews of Dr Wroe, I found him to be condescending and disrespectful. He did not appear to listen to what I said and often repeated details back to me incorrectly, proving this was the case. He argued with me about my own experience and often smirked or rolled his eyes when I tried to correct him. Regardless of what he thought about my condition or my concerns, his attitude was unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this doctor.

Having been diagnosed with a condition in 1978 and treated with tablets that didn't cure the problem I was, some years later, referred to Dr Row as I was told he had an interest in neurological problems. . I found Dr Roe extremely easy to talk to, he listened to my side of the condition and how it was affecting my life. Over , when I look back a reletively short time period, Dr Roe arranged for the various tests and scans locally and stays at other hospitals for further tests which resulted in me having the option of a brain operation at Cambridge Hospital which cured my condition and was a massive life changer for me. I've only come across this site after looking to see whether Dr Roe still practiced, and thank God he does, as a young lad I know may have developed the same condition and, at the moment, his Parents are finding it hard to get things progressed within the NHS. Which is not the fault of the Doctors and Consultants, just the lack of them these days. I cannot praise Dr Roe enough and how much better the NHS would be with more professionals of his calibre.

Dr Wroe is a fantastic neurologist- knowledgeable, caring and thorough. He treated me for migraine and has made such a difference to my quality of life. Couldn't recommend more.

This is an outstanding Doctor, very rare nowadays. i have met him in a different hospital setting but he was charming in both appointments. Nothing was too much trouble in regards to explaining things. He also made sure he knew everything about my husband before the consultation. He took a lot of time and patience to show us scans and talked about my husbands illness at length. He had compassion and certainly made time to listen us. There is nothing to improve just that he spoils it for others as they would be hard pushed to come up to Dr Wroe's high standard of care. He also was incredibly smartly dressed and well mannered.
