Took time to listen to me explain my symptoms and did not jump to an instant opinion. Tests needed to aid diagnosis were arranged quickly. Time from initial GP referral to appointment was quick. Follow up appointment arranged for after my tests have been done. Also took notice of how far I needed to travel for treatment.Very impressed to this point.

I have suffered since the age of 17, and have been passed from pillar to post trying to get answers, but no one seemed to believe me or want to help me. I first was referred to dr agrawal in october 2015. Not only did he listen to me, but he believed what i said. He referred me quickly and efficiently for tests and i finally got two diagnoses! It felt so good that someone actually wanted to help me. Since revisiting today, i had the same great attitude and service. He is very thorough, friendly and genuinely cares about the outcome for each patient. I could never thank him and his fantastic staff enough for their ongoing help!!!

I was seen on time and was happy with the information I was given in depth. This meant I could understand my problem. He didn,t mind me asking questions. When I left I felt that I had all the current information I needed. The ladies that did checks needed very caring. The X-ray department was very good as well. I left the hospital feeling I had been looked after and understood what was to happen.

I have been seeing Dr Agarawal for few years. He is very good at what he does. He has always explained the treatment available for my arthritis, and done the best for me to keep my life as normal as possible. I suffer from Psoriatic arthritis, saw him this week, he gave me injection in my painfull shoulder which was amazing. I was very worried about having one, as in the past given by other doctors have been very painfull. I am very happy to be in his care. Big thank you Dr Agarawal .
