I saw Dr Agrawal today at Medway Maritime Hospital and, like always, Dr Agrawal was very courteous, sympathetic to my issues and explained everything relating to my condition clearly and with patience - he does not make you feel as if you are on conveyor belt of patients but as if you are an individual with specific concerns and feelings. Part of my treatment involved having a steroid injection in the shoulder; this was executed with step-by-step explanation as to what was happening and the process was easy and pain free, despite my fears. I don’t like hospitals (a common feeling, I imagine) but Dr Agrawal made everything easy.
