Saw Dr Shankar with my 11 year old daughter. He was a great communicator, explained complex things very clearly, presented us with choices and involved both me and my daughter in the decisions. Would be very happy to continue under his care.
had excellent care, an extensive appointment covering almost everything that I wanted to know, he took a lot of time and gave me plenty of information to help me further. In all I had a very good experience. He also gave me contact details for an further queries that was very helpful also. In all I had a very good experience.
We have found Dr Sankar to be very personable, a very keen strategist, highly knowledgeable and dynamic in his approach to care. He is responsive to new or changing information and circumstance, and always ensures the patient understands everything that is happening. We have seen his interactions first hand and trust his approach completely. He is surely a credit to his profession and we are happy to recommend him.
I saw this Dr with my foster child for an assessment for ASD. I was asked questions in the same room as the child and found this very difficult although I was asked if I found it hard to talk with the child in the room what was I then supposed so say with the child sitting there I was only able to talk about thing that I had already discussed with the child.
The whole assessment took 30 minuets that included leaving the room while the two Dr's
had a chat and called us back. This Dr was very positive but I think it would be worth talking to parents/carers on their own to get a larger picture.
