I was admitted to Queens Hospital, Romford in December 2019 after collapsing with breathing difficulties in the A+E department. I spent 5 days as an inpatient under the care of Dr Kaiser and his respiratory team including Sonia Munde. The level of care and support I experienced during my time on the ward was excellent and I wished that I had made a note of all of the nurses and support staff that made my time on Bluebell ward less stressful as would like to sing their praises as well. Since being discharged from the hospital at the end of 2019 I have been under the care of Dr Kaiser, who despite being exceptionally busy with the influx of patients due to the Covid pndemic, has continued to provide me with high-quality care and advice. I also had to ask Dra Kaiser and his excellent P.A, Rosie Barrett to help out with a protracted medical insurance claim, which they both did in a kind, helpful and timely fashion. I cannot recommend Dr Kaiser and his team highly enough, I think all NHS staff deserve a medal for keeping the nation going during the pandemic but would award Dr Kaiser two.
