From the outset Dr Shah has set me at ease with my condition. Dr Shah's manner is both Professional and Personal, instantly providing me with total confidence in his skills and a sense of ease with which I am able to discuss any issues at any level. Dr Shah is always available by phone or e-mail. This is an important point for any patient, knowing that help is at hand when needed. Dr Shah has even taken an interest in my family with reference to my wife who has breast cancer. Whilst the NHS medical team are already doing a magnificent job in her treatment it shows a sincere level of caring that Dr Shah has enquired after her. I would recommend Dr Shah as a highly valued professional with all the necessary skills and humanity to practice medicine.

Dr Shah is very understanding and an excellent listener. He never fails to put me at ease and is totally approachable . I have absolute confidence in him which I find reassuring and I have no doubt that he always provides the best care and advice for me. He has always made himself available by e mail, which is amazing, and if I had any concerns outside of our normal consultation appointments I know I can contact him. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Shah , describing him as an excellent consultant.

dr shah i think is one in a million he understands what im going through even though sometimes i cant talk to people about my problem and has helped me out he is careing and understanding and i would recommend him to anyone

Dr Shah is an excellent doctor, he is very understanding, supportive and sympathetic too, when needed. I especially like the fact that I can email or call him, if I have any concerns or questions, and he always has time for me and will respond straight away. He gets to know his patients and their personal situations which is so important.

From our first meeting, through treatment and then his follow up emails (yes a doctor who is willing to share his email address with patients and responds) I felt confident I was being looked after by somebody who listened, knew exactly what they were doing and really cared.
