Dr Shah is a softly spoken gentleman who is calm and re-assuring. Thoroughly professional he instils a feeling of trust. He was good enough to see me even though I didn't have an appointment and then followed up and arranged for me to see a fellow specilalist consultant. He has a gentle manner and a nice sense of humour. I thouroughly recommend him.
