I have received fantastic care from Dr Shah and he arranged the necessary tests for me. To be able to contact him by e-mail in addition to seeing him has been a great bonus and to receive such prompt replies with suggestions etc is even better.Nothing even seems to be too much trouble and he goes into great depth when explaining any problems that you have so that you have a full understanding. He always follows up his consultation with asking you to e-mail him if you have any further concerns or questions which I think is brilliant-not something I would have expected from seeing a consultant on the NHS. I consider myself very fortunate to be under his care as he is extremely supportive and very kind. Alex Waplington
