The notes for the Bravo procedure could have been clearer - they should stress that a single press of the button only activates the buttons and they need to be pressed again before they respond.

I saw Dr Patel as part of an investigation into acute abdominal discomfort. Dr Patel was thoughtful, kind, articulate, listened to my concerns and provided a very high standard of clinical care. This included a sedated gastroscopy procedure which I wasn’t looking forward to (who does?), with Dr Patel’s clear experience in this area affording a very stress-free procedure.
