If you have a structural defect in your brain causing problems then I believe he is all right. BUT if you have a problem they can't spot on an MRI then forget it - then he will discharge you having given you a psychiatric diagnosis (functional movement disorder), without referring you to a psychiatrists, with "reassurance" and with the recommendation that you don't get a wheelchair (the one thing I really needed to function) because you might become "dependent". Have since gotten wheelchair via non-NHS route- it's transformed my life. I'd love him to explain the difference between necessity and dependency.
