Continue as currently doing. Listening, understanding the patient's problem and responding in terms the patient can understand. I especially appreciated the option suggested by Dr Worth to contact him via his secretary to arrange a telephone consultation if required between my annual appointments. To feel you are not left alone but have the ability to follow up if required provides a high level of reassurance.

I trust Dr.Worth implicitly. I can contact him for help and advice.He is consistent. He listens and is very aware. He has a friendly , yet very professional work ethic. He makes me feel I am not alone in helping my husband with the best treatment possible. I feel blessed to have him as Allan’s Consultant. His secretary Jane enhances the team.

He was very thorough in his initial approach and subsequently followed this through with prompt prescribing which was of immediate benefit to me. I have had twice yearly appointments with Doctor Worth.He has a calm and pleasingly manner.and I would recommend him without reservation. One way of improving service would be to introduce a prebookable phone discussion or better still a prebookable video discussion.This would assist patients with small problems the facility of a quick discussion. This would assist me as I am not local to the hospital Geoff Shields
