I felt reassured before the appointment by reading about Dr Worth's experience and career path. On arrival I felt welcomed -friendly approach, good eye contact and clear ability /sensitivity to include my partner in discussion. Dr Worth was clear in his delivery of different treatment paths and was able to answer my questions and allay some fears. The letter sent two days later was comprehensive in summing up our meeting and practical in suggested next steps. My partner and I were both impressed -and can honestly say we cannot suggest any improvements.
