Dr Kahn is an excellent physician with wide knowledge and skills. He is attentive, polite, skillfull, and thorough in his approach.
I was referred to Dr Kahn as needing a Heart Pacemaker. At my first consultation he was very kind and sympathetic and explained everything in great detail with patience and understanding. The implantation was carried out very efficiently and the after care I have had since has been exemplary.
I found that Dr Kahn was very professional, easy to talk to and had comprehensive understandable feedback and conversations. The advice and subsequent tests and treatment have proved to be reassuring and appropriate. I was impressed by his thoroughness throughout and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
4 stars because I have no direct recent experience to compare with but I have felt very comfortable and clearly guided by Dr Kahn and his team. The issue was explored fully and the results were summarised clearly. The management of appointments etc. was, at all times, prompt, friendly, client focussed and efficient. The intervention which followed was well managed and I felt in safe hands throughout. The Spire team played their part well with excellent nursing care etc. and no excessive waiting and wondering for me.
The only small point of confusion was that I received conflicting advice about how long to keep the wound dry and dressed ranging from approx 10 days to the following morning! I got the general idea, though and erred on the side of caution with no problems.
Great care every step of the way - Matt and his team made sure I understood what was happening, were always very quick to respond to points and most importantly I feel great again!!!
