I saw Dr Kosta at Ealing Hospital about a month ago and was impressed how easy it was to understand his analysis, conclusions and recommended action. The report arrived very quickly - a rare event in my NHS experience. The CT scan was implemented surprisingly quickly and this appointment was about 10 days later. Sadly the CT results had not yet arrived from St Marys and he chased them straight away. Apparently he has many patients each day and it sometimes happens that patients are invited too early. So I waited about an hour for the scan to arrive and for Dr Kosta to find a slot between subseqent patients to see me . Dr Kosta has a relaxed human way of talking to people. He enabled me to ask questions and I went away a lot happier about the future.
