Dr Firth was very thorough. He was very reassuring and explained everything in terms that I could understand. Very professional but at the same time came across as very caring. Importantly ...he listened. My wife came with me and he didn't ignore her and spoke to both of us which to us was very important. We weren't kept waiting. Dr Firth had a student doctor with him which is good and important for the future of medicine. The nurse present who did the registration procedures was very pleasant.
