I attended for a colonoscopy on the 7th Sept 2023 which was conducted by Dr. Theodoropoulos. I was planning to only do it on General anesthesia but went without as the doctor was very reassuring. He is very calm, caring, patient and always listens to you. I was very nervous for it but never again with this doctor. If you raise any health concerns, he quickly takes the necessary steps to address it. What an amazing doctor.

I attended East Surrey Hospital today for a National Bowel Scope Screening Appointment. I was slightly nervous, however Dr Theodoropoulos and his team put me totally at ease. He has a perfect, calm, caring nature and was so reassuring. The procedure was painless and they all treated me with dignity, understanding and made me feel at ease. Thank you to you all, you are a wonderful team and the screening programme is invaluable. Keep up the good work, you do a wonderful job.

I attended for endoscopy on Sat 3rd March 2018 - opted not to have sedation (having thought I could handle it having had one without before.) On the day I could not tolerate it without sedation. Dr Theodoropoulos was fantastic with me : cool / calm / collected / very patient and kind. Gave me sedation in the end but he was fabulous and I came out of East Surrey none the worse for wear. This man is so patient and caring he deserves a medal. I cant recommend him enough. I shouldn't be needing an ogd again as the outcome was good but I would ask for him again if possible should the need arise. Thank you Ioannis you are wonderful !
