Dr Ravindran was able to reassure me on all three of my procedures especially due to my fear of needles which can lead to feinting.
He understood how I was feeling and I had every confidence in what he was doing. He check many times throughout to make sure I was ok.
All three procedures were successfully completed and recovery was quick.
I highly recommend him.
Thank you
He is the only doctor who did not ignore me and did not ask me to go to the swimming pool to solve my health problem. He listens carefully to the patient, describes the condition and then looks for and proposes the right therapies. I was struggling with the health problem that affected the quality of my life. I've been seeing the doctors for two years and only heard from them to do some exercises and go swimming. This doctor has helped me and I am very grateful to him.
I have nothing but brilliant praise for Dr Deepak Ravindran. Over the years he has supplied the kindest ear to my complaints about my chronic pain. I have gone from being in tears most days when I first visited him, to now having a wonderful quality of life, as his medication is perfect for me. I have visited other pain management consultants, but they only tried to tell me that there is nothing wrong with me, as scans did not highlight my permanent nerve damage from failed cervical fusion. Thank you Dr Ravindran. You saved my life!
I found Dr Ravindran very knowledgeable and able to understand the issues surrounding my back pain and protruding disc. This gave me confidence with regard to his recommendation and treatment for the pain (epidural). His approach and understanding was the reassurance that I needed and I am now making a fully recovery.
I saw Deepak Ravindran at the Blackberry Clinic having seen 3 pain management specialists on the NHS over the last 2 years with little by way of positive outcome. Chronic back pain had led me to the point where I struggled to walk even using a frame and hardly left the house other than for medical appointments. He listened to me, explained his proposed treatment option thoroughly (including its limitations ) and answered all my questions patiently and comprehensively. Now, some 5 weeks on from the treatment, whilst not pain free, my pain is significantly reduced and I can walk short distances without aids. I saw Deepak for a review today which was very reassuring as he dealt fully with my residual concerns. When I first saw him I was absolutely ground down by pain and frustration at being unable to access help. Deepak treated me with great humanity and professionalism and, in short, has given me my life back.
