I found Dr Fox to be an exceptionally caring and thorough Consultant who took the time to explain everything in great detail regarding my diagnosis and the treatment options available to me. I then went on to have a pacemaker fitted and felt completely at ease during this procedure knowing I was in safe hands. The professionalism and care shown by Dr Fox and his team were excellent and I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you.

When my mother became ill with a sudden and serious onset of coronary issues, the correct diagnosis was vital. This is when you need the eye of an experienced Cardiologist to correctly interpret an ECG. Dr Fox is not only a Consultant Cardiologist but also a Consultant Electrophysiologist and a leader in his field. It was his expertise that diagnosed ventricular tachycardia and he ensured that my mother received immediate treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Fox and felt confident that my mother was receiving the best care available.

As well as being an expert in his field Dr Fox is an excellent communicator who was immediately able to put me at ease. He clearly explained my condition & the treatment options that were available.
His confidence in a successfull outcome via surgery led me to choose this path.
The proceedure was as exactly as described as was the outcome.

Dr David Fox is a highly experienced cardiologist/electrophysiologist in Manchester and has been a consultant for over 10 years.
He spent a period of his training at one of the worlds premier heart rhythm institutes (University of Western Ontario, Canada) working with pioneering cardiologist Professor George J Klein, the author of over 500 medical publications.
Dr Fox specialises in the treatment of all heart rhythm disorders and carries out over 220 ablation procedures annually and has a particular interest in atrial fibrillation ablation (pulmonary vein isolation). He also is fully trained in all aspects of pacemaker/ICD implantation.
He is the lead for cardiac rhythm services at Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester and runs the annual audit program to ensure high levels of safety in and quality of the atrial fibrillation ablation program.
