As an anxious patient with "White Coat" syndrome, the first thing Dr Fox did was put my mind at rest by explaining in clear, straightforward laymen's terms what might or what might not be my problem and what approach he would take in determining what treatment may be required. He was recommended to me by my Godson who said the Dr Fox's great empathy with him, hugely reduced the stress he had about his condition which Dr Fox resolved successfully. I too found Dr Fox's approach refreshing, helpful and constructive. His genuine passion to help one get through what are stressful situations was very apparent, which for me was very important. Dr Fox arranged the investigations I needed quickly and every aspect of what was going to happen next, and why made clear. I highly recommend Dr Fox to anyone needing his specialisation.
