Down to earth, clear and clinical. Dr Fox explained the procedure to take away the mystery and fear. The introduction of the whole team in the Theatre / Laboratory / come Engineers Workshop is a great idea, especially when they look confident and professional. Due to circumstances, as I had to have the ablation before an ankle break and reset, it was 18months before seeing Dr Fox again and this gave me time to question my medicines and the breathlessness I felt, not to the point of needing to call but a little more contact would have helped. Its beating like a good-un so thanks a lot.
