Although busy after a bank holiday I did not feel rushed in any way. I felt the doctor was approachable and listened to my concerns. She gave clear straightforward advice. Friendly yet professional- got the balance spot on. I will definitely try to get appointments with her in future.

I am disspointed i went to make an appiotment with the nurse( i dont like to bother the Dr.) and i was given app. Two weeks away . I declined and sought some advice elsewhere. (Later on gave me app. I with triage nurse.who was most helpful !) I went for annual blood test and phlebotimst did'nt know what to do she had had no instruction !!
I think is lack of communication .
Otherwise i would have no problem the surgery is top class !

Very impressed with the thoroughness of the consultation, and the doctor's quick diagnosis of something I wasn't really aware I had. I have always been impressed with the thoroughness and friendliness of the doctors at Beversbrook. Cannot fault the service. (-
