I was a little nervous of seeing Dr Emmanuel after the reviews I read here but he was excellent. He was kind, gentle and knowledgeable and listened to me and my history and experience. He has also given me a confirmed diagnosis after years of not getting anywhere with other professionals so I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He is softly spoken so you need to listen and you need an open mind that perhaps what you've been told is wrong with you so far might not be correct.
