I feel that he is little rude. I feel he doesn’t respect. Specifically as a patient I was expecting a little caring. I am guessing that he was in a rush.

Look patients in the eye when they are talking to you, it shows a sense of respect and care, otherwise you feel dismissed and unheard and unlistened to, which Was the case. I didn’t get any medication given to me even though 111 had specifically told me to go to a and e urgently and ask for new heart medication. No pain killers for my knee pain given for 15 hours sat on a cold chair, just to be told there is nothing that can be done.
