This doctor provided great care and took their time to actually examine and listen to my concerns over the infection in my hand. Despite being an extremely busy ED they made me feel reassured that I was receiving the correct treatment. The only criticism I have is about the lengthy wait and the poor facilities in the ED for such a long wait was below expectations.
