Vauxhall Riverside Centre

I have been trying to book my older person's check up. I can't get through on the phone and if I email they repky using my first name and tell me to book an EConsult online or to ring up - they won't allow normal communications. But I can't get through on the phone and the NHS app doesn't sllow me to book my check up. I don't want an EConsult I want one to book a check up - which is a legal right. I can't even book an appointment with the nurse through the app as it only has smear tests and people of my age can't have them! Why are we being treated so appallingly?

despite 3 people on the queue and 1 min estimation time, I wait 25 min (the day before 45min) just to hear "I cannot do anything, I am reply just to say I cannot do anything" so... does she spent 25 min for 3 people just to say "I cannot do anything"? I ask her some simple question about what time she was suggesting to call her back, if she can call me back ect... she didn't even let me finish my sentence... she keeps saying "I cannot do anything"! such a horrible service

I can't imagine I could find a better practice. All the regular Drs are excellent and have really made a difference to my life. Without exception the regular doctors are all receptive, approachable, empathetic and of course amazing at their job! The reception staff are efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and cheery. The whole system/process is brill - from online consultations to online prescriptions and appointments. Most importantly you can always get an appointment on the day if you call at 8am. I have only ever had one poor experience with a male locum (temp) doctor in 5 years of many appointments and problems..every single other time without fail I have received the best care and help I could ask for.
