I booked a full health assessment at Syon clinic and everyone I encountered was extremely professional, kind and made me feel at ease and cared for. Thank you to Betti, Carol and Dr Mel for providing exceptional customer care.

Staff at Reception were well informed about the Services on offer. They were smart and efficient in dealing with customers and in a speedy and professional manner. It is a nice calm environment for speedy assessments and tests outside the NHS environment.

I was Suffering with a Knee pain from November 2019. I was referred by the GP to orthopaedics at west Middlesex hospital Then they administer me with an injection it did not work sort as two days. My mobility was getting bad to worse I had to use climbing sticks to walk. Finally, I decided to see Dr. Imbuldeniya he was so caring and understanding my situation and the reluctant I had for surgery. he diagnoses the situation and advise me very patiently with kind words. I had few cancellations due to Covid finally after one and a half years I manage to secure my Keyhole Surgery on the 5th of May 2021. I trust this doctor so much I said to him if I do not see you before my anastatic I may not have the surgery. Believe me this senior consultant came to the anastatic room before my surgery and reassured me. I have to say Dr Imbuldeniya I have trouble you with so many questions and I was so scared to go through this surgery But he was so kind to me. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I did not get physio as good as the surgery, but I think I am on my way to a full recovery. Thank you again to the amazing Dr and his team at West Middlesex hospital we need more Doctors like Dr Imbuldeniya working for NHS.

I visited the Syon clinic for a problem with my bowel. As soon as you arrive the ladies are welcoming. You are then seen very quickly. The Consultant was fantastic and really listened to me. I also visited other areas for various tests. The staff are all lovely. I would highly recommend this clinic if you want a quick result and medication to start feeling well again. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Naz in radiology who was so professional and made sure all safety areas were covered. He also accommodated my unpredictable stomach. Thank you to all at Syon clinic, you are doing a great job!

Very convenient location for me. Very easy to get appointments at a short notice. So I could fit in easily in my working day. Friendly staff throughout. Happy with all the checks thay had due to Covid. Definitely would consider this facility in future as well.

Great clinic, I definitely feel safe going there. All of the doctors and nurses I have been seen by have been extraordinary. The facility is clean and there are strict covid measures in place for everyone's safety. It's definitely my go-to place.
