Understandably covid-19 has made a terrible impact on us, but this clinic is completely unorganised. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful, since that’s the only way to get an appointment I would expect them to be a bit more informative.

Made to wait over 5 and a half hours. On a Tuesday afternoon. I then was advised to ‘go home’ if I couldn’t wait but I explained this would then have been a total waste of time ...

I have waited almost 9 hours to be seen (from 9am till 5.57pm), and when I saw the doctor/nurse - I was rushed out. You enquire receptionists about the waiting time (even the manager) and I have been told someone was off sick today. This was also the excuse in three different occasions when I attended the trust. I was told waiting time would be 2-3 hours and two hours passed I was told I had 7 people in front of me. After 3 hours waiting this has gone up to 14 patients ahead of me. “Appointments have priority” - receptionist said. When In fact this should have gone down. I’m not coming back again and will file a complaint.

The waiting time is ridiculous. T get the implant put in 3 years ago I was sat in the waiting room for 6 hours and 15 mins. To get it replaced three years later I was told to go off and they would text me to come back. 4 hours it took for them to text.

very disappointed, I arrived before the clinic open at 12:15, and leaves without being attended at 5:00 pm, when asking at the reception because of the delay, the clerk very rude and rude saying that I just had to wait, I said that I was waiting for the exact 4 hours and a half, and I just wanted to know why I was so late if I arrived before the clinic opened and other people arriving and being attended to, and everyone who arrived before the clinic opened had already attended, I found a lack of respect for delay the lack of education of the official

Awful waiting time. Please don't bother giving us a number when people who've only just walked in are able to be seen quicker than some of us who waited 3 hours and counting!!!
