The team at Psychiatry-UK are amazing. I always felt heard and taken care of. Lorraine helped me through my titration and was always quick to respond and very kind and helpful.

I’ve been under psychiatry-Uk for nearly a year now and have been on titration since December with Elisa Bickerton and she’s honestly been a life saver I panic a lot and get confused really easy and whenever I’ve needed her she’s been there straight away even over the Christmas period when she wasn’t required to be, every question with her has been answered with no hesitation. Honestly would tell anyone who was looking for help to come straight here.

I had my initial ADHD assessment this morning with Dr Soumaya Nasser El Din. Because of how busy and popular Psychiatry UK is, I was perhaps expecting to be treated as a 'number'. However, the opposite was true. During the consultation I felt valued, and it was clear that the Doctor had read my notes thoroughly. She listened closely and guided the conversation smoothly, instilling me with absolute confidence in her abilities. She was professional, yet kind. The consultation was rapidly followed up with emails about the next steps, alongside book and website recommendations and other useful literature, which was appreciated. My experience was very pleasant and positive. Thank you.

The service provided to me, through initial ADHD assesment with the psychiatrist to titration and being refered back to my GP for prescription, has been second to none. Both my psychiatrist and titration practitioner showed great patience and understanding, and have been supportive and responsive the whole way. Considering the work load they must be under, especially considering I am a right to choose patient (NHS funded), the level of care they provided was second to none, and I feel I was treated to the same level as that of a private health care customer would be. I would reccomend the service to anyone looking for an ADHD assesment under the NHS. The wait time to be refered is long, and then the wait for titration to start takes a while as well, but it's 100% worth it. Details for how right to choose works can be found on their website.

I am having a very positive experience with Psychiatry UK. I feel listened to and respected at all times. Communication is very clear and prompt and the online portal is very practical and helpful. The support I have been given so far has been excellent.

I've been impressed with all the doctors and phone support people I've spoken to. From doing both diagnoses through to titration, everything was professional and timely. There is a delay of six months for the 'titration' (testing and adjusting the dose of medication) after diagnosis. Once I reached the front of the queue Dr Hassan was very responsive. So responsive that he replied to my form submission and answered my concerns within a few hours -- and on a Sunday evening! Amazing! That shows Psychiatry UK are working around the clock and over weekends to get their patients treated and process the backlog. For anyone waiting for their medication, it's coming, don't worry, they're doing their best to get to you.

on the ball people with a pretty nifty portal. automation is handy. SMS alerts are sent when your case notes are updated. the portal is a bit clunky but still better than anything you'll encounter on an NHS website. Everyone I've dealt with has been lovely, and very efficient too! If SMS could be sent to alert of upcoming prescription issues it'd be perfect
