I am extremely happy with the service provided to me, from when my referral was first received through to the discharge of care to my GP. My Psychiatrist and Nurse were professional, respectful and made me feel at ease and supported through the whole process. I didn't feel rushed during my titration phase and any questions I posed for the nurse were answered promptly, thoroughly and honestly with my interests at heart. I would recommend this service to anyone and am very grateful that the team have enabled me to gain more control, organisation and calmness in my life.....well most of the time anyway! for the times when I need more support my nurse provided me with a wealth of online support suggestions. I cannot thank the team enough x
