My titration experience with Sally Newport was really lovely and effective. Even during a medication supply issue where my titration had to be placed on hold, communication with Sally remained clear and efficient with updates provided in a timely manner. Upon resuming titration, working with Sally was easy, she was attentive and open to ideas about trial dose combinations (slow release vs fast release to supplement) which allowed me to feel at ease about whether a dose was working well for me or not, and I felt comfortable sharing details of side effects or concerns throughout the process.
