The process was very good with this company as an NHS right to choose patient. They were understanding, good at communicating and everyone that I spoke to had a genuine caring manner. From the initial contact after referral, the appointment with the consultant, and the contact with the titration team everything has been great. When I was unsure of something I was reassured, and the colleagues who replied to me whilst my prescriber was off of work were also very helpful and efficient. Thank you for everything!
