Overall, extremely quick response and sorted out what I wanted sorted. Could be better with the response to treatment letters, using arbitrary better or worse determination is useful if your life is very stable, but some baseline measurements or determination means would be a very useful way to improve the service, if possible given the psychiatric nature of the service
