All staff were were professional and friendly.
Excellent, answering the phone promptly and with excellent information. The web site was very good but I could not read my answers on the forms I had to fill in.
An excellent service all round.

It is really good to hear that you have found our service friendly and professional, and that you have been able to get the information you need from our website and customer service staff. We note that you had a problem reading the forms you completed. We have recently undertaken a big piece of work to make our forms more user-friendly and more accessible to our patients, as we have learnt from our patient feedback that this is an area some patients struggle with.
