The consultation I had was over video call, and it felt as if I was in the room with Dr Neel Tambimuttu, as he made me feel very safe and secure in sharing my personal information. The video quality was very good and I didn't have a hard time understanding or hearing Dr Tambimuttu due to any technical issues.
