Psychiatry UK has been completely life changing for me, every time I've dealt with anyone from the service, it's always been a pleasant experience! I always felt respected, consulted, informed and supported. I've experienced no issues in any form, the online portal is innovative with forms self saving frequently along the way incase you get side tracked or put it down, the whole portal is very easy to navigate through too! Anytime I've been advised Psychiatry UK were busy with a particular situation (for example Assessment letters or Royal mail strikes) the service has advised their usual time frames along with an updated expectation, which in my experience P-UK always managed to exceed my expectations in a positive way! P-uk has been wonderful to me in every aspect.
