From the beginning of the process through to the end, everything has been explained to me in great detail and I was always kept in the loop around any changes to my plan and medication in titration.
My initial appointment with Dr Jacek Krysztofiak was really nice, I was really nervous about the whole process and he made me feel so comfortable about it and the process was really easy from there on, even when discussing things that were a little bit upsetting to me.
The titration team have been amazing and I always get an answer to any questions or concerns super quickly as well as having any medication changes explained in detail.
The whole process has been made so easy and I'm so thankful for that!
