Customer service team were always quick to respond, which is highly appreciated as they seem to understand the importance, i and other patients place on being diagnosed to improve our daily life, and future prospects. I recently received a a new job offer. Which represented a substantial increase in pay. Something unachievable in my eyes 4 months ago pre diagnosis.
